JohnMichael talks about his Expressionist Paintings
"... a reflection of my life. They are my life. They depict the loves, lost loves, triumphs and disappointments. They are the poignant moments of my life's journey. I use whatever is given to me. Toys, pictures, quotations, wire and string, common objects. The combines are not meant to be visually appealing, but they are meant to be visually provocative."
